At 20 Sixteen we understand that many smaller companies are reluctant to commit to the cost of an expensive Finance Director, whether it is on a part time or a full time basis. However we passionately believe that many companies would benefit from the experience that one of our part time Finance Directors can bring to your business.
That is why we are offering the Start-Up Bundles, which allows you to receive some real tangible benefits and experience for just £850*.
There are two bundles depending on the stage of your business:
Start-Up Bundle 1 - Embryonic Stage – No company set up
We will help you write the financial components of a business plan, enabling you and others to understand how and when it will begin to make money.
We will also help you with:
- company formation
- opening bank accounts
- registering for VAT/PAYE & NI
- choosing the right external accountants
- understanding funding requirements and helping to present your business case to prospective sources of finance
- setting up your finance function in the most cost effective manner
Start-Up Bundle 2 - Early Stage – Business is in its first two years of trading
So now you have set up your business, it is starting to run efficiently and you are generating sales, you may even have some money in the bank.
Your bookkeeper, accounts staff (or maybe your mum), are doing a fine job of managing the books and records of the company. The bank account is reconciled and you know who your debtors and creditors are.
But is there something missing?
- You are not sure how to embark on the next stage of growth
- You are not certain about how to price a new product or service
- Your accounts staff do not have commercial decision making experience
- You think your profits can be improved or your losses decreased - but how?
An experienced commercial Finance Director, will meet with you at your business premises and help to address up to two key challenges.
You will get the chance to spend a full day with one of our FD’s, facing the challenges. Our FD will take a good look at your business, its operations, strategy and performance.
A plan of action to deal with the challenges, will be delivered after the visit, leaving you feeling more confident and empowered to move forward.
